Terms of use

What this site is

This is an information and referral site for dump trailer rentals in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We are not a rental company. We connect you with independent local providers and do not set their prices or availability.

No rental contract is formed here

Nothing on this site creates a rental agreement. Any rental agreement, price, deposit, damage term and insurance requirement is strictly between you and the provider you choose to work with.

Pricing is reference information

The rates shown on this site ($150–200 per day, $800 per week, $1,600 per month) are researched market-rate reference information. They are not an offer or a quote, and they are not guaranteed by any provider.

Guidance is general information

Weight limits, prohibited materials, permit rules and driveway guidance on this site are general information, not professional or legal advice. You are responsible for confirming your own city ordinances and HOA rules before a trailer is delivered.

No warranty, no liability for providers

We make no warranty as to any provider's availability, licensing, insurance, conduct or workmanship, and we are not liable for the acts or omissions of any provider.

Consent to contact

By submitting the form, you consent to having your details passed to independent providers, and to being contacted by those providers by phone, text message and email.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape this site, submit forms by automated means, or enter false or another person's information in the form.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
