Dump Trailer Rental in Dallas County
Dallas County is the densest part of the metroplex, and it shows in the delivery logistics. A lot of the housing stock inside Loop 12 predates wide driveways — East Dallas, Oak Cliff, and Lakewood are full of 1920s–1950s lots with single-lane drives, alley-only rear access, and mature pecans hanging low over the approach. A 14ft dump trailer fits most of them where a roll-off truck simply cannot turn around.

Driveway & access notes
- Alley access is common in East Dallas, Oak Cliff, and Lakewood — measure the alley width and note any utility poles before delivery day.
- Older neighborhoods often have narrow, cracked drives with a steep apron at the street. Flag that in your notes so the driver brings pads.
- University Park and Highland Park have strict street-parking and right-of-way rules; keep the trailer on private property to stay clear of them.
- Downtown, Deep Ellum, and Uptown jobs are usually alley or loading-dock placements and need a scheduled window rather than an open drop.
Where the load goes
Most Dallas County loads run to the McCommas Bluff Landfill in southeast Dallas or one of the city transfer stations off I-20 and I-30. Clean concrete and dirt usually go to a separate inert fill site, which is why sorting your load can lower the disposal line on your invoice.
